Do you teach beginners?
Absolutely! I get great personal satisfaction from taking a beginner and making him or her comfortable using the computer.
What’s involved in networking my computers at home?
Typically, it’s quite simple. We can connect them via Category 5 network cables using a hub, or we can use the new wireless technology. Hard wired networks are more reliable than wireless, however, running the wires can sometimes be challenging
What are your rates?
Rates are $75.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. If you are within 10 miles of Ringwood, NJ, it is a 1 hour minimum.
Network installations, Hardware upgrades, and installations will vary depending on your needs. An average home-network installation will take about 4 hours and is billed at the rate of $75.00 per hour.
What days are you available?
We try to do most work on weekends. However, other arrangements can be made.
